Tell us what you need and when you need it. We will check the blanks, artwork, production time and collection or courier options before accepting your urgent job.

Order by noon for confirmed same-day despatch

For an eligible job, the order, payment and print-ready artwork approval must be complete by 12:00 noon, UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Same-day service is available only when IPRINTOP has confirmed the stock and production slot for your exact order. An enquiry before noon does not reserve a slot.

What can I request?

  • Printed T-shirts: GD001, UNEEK UC301 or VAN106, subject to the required colour, size and quantity being available.
  • Personalised 11oz mugs.
  • Printed cotton tote bags.
  • Printed hi-vis vests in an agreed decoration position.

Tell us how many designs you need and which print positions you want. We will confirm the suitable print method and any limits when quoting. Embroidery, complex artwork changes and larger runs need a separate timing check.

Despatch, collection and delivery

Same-day despatch means we hand your completed parcel to the courier that working day. Same-day collection means your order is ready at the agreed IPRINTOP location and time; please wait for your ready-to-collect confirmation.

If you need next-working-day delivery, include the destination postcode. We will confirm the available courier service, price and estimated arrival before you order. A 24-hour or next-day arrival is not included automatically with same-day despatch. Weekend, bank-holiday and remote-area services need a separate check.

Before you pay

Your quote will list the exact products, colours, sizes, quantities, print positions, artwork, urgent-production charge if applicable, delivery or collection option and confirmed timing. Orders approved after noon, or waiting for artwork, payment, stock or capacity, will receive a revised timescale before production.
