Prefer shipping? For an agreed same-day order, we hand your parcel to the carrier that working day. Arrival depends on the delivery service confirmed for your postcode.
Need it today? Confirm your slot before you pay. Same-day service depends on the exact product, stock, artwork and production capacity. Payment and print-ready artwork approval must be complete by 12 noon, UK time, Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays. Placing a standard online order does not automatically book same-day service. Contact us to confirm.

A personal gift, a last-minute event or a team occasion. Start with our Standard Custom T-Shirt, then choose your design, colour, size and print options.
For same-day collection or despatch: confirm your exact colour, size, quantity and print choice with us before ordering. The available same-day selection may be smaller than the full standard range.
Your final price depends on the garment and printing selected. A standard order does not reserve a same-day production slot.

Collect after your ready message, or have your parcel despatched that working day. Your agreed shipping service determines the delivery estimate.
Before you order
Does same-day despatch mean same-day delivery?
No. Same-day despatch means we hand your completed parcel to the carrier on the agreed working day. Delivery follows the service and destination confirmed for your order. Next-day or 24-hour arrival is not automatic.
Can I order online and collect today?
For eligible orders, yes—once we have confirmed your product, stock, artwork and production slot. Complete payment and artwork approval by noon on a working day, then wait for your ready-to-collect message. An ordinary online order does not reserve same-day service.
What if an item is sold out or marked Coming soon?
Sold-out products cannot be purchased online until stock is available. Coming soon categories are still being prepared for online ordering. Contact us if you need help finding a suitable alternative for your deadline.
What happens after noon?
Contact us with your deadline. We will confirm what is possible before accepting an urgent order. Orders waiting for stock, artwork approval, payment or capacity need a revised schedule.
