Greeting Card Printing

Send a message in your own style. IPRINTOP greeting cards let you use your artwork for customer thank-yous, team messages, celebrations and seasonal greetings.

Available online configurations

The online configurations below use 350gsm uncoated card, folded to A6 (105 × 148mm) along the long edge, without added lamination or embellishment. Choose outside-only or outside-and-inside printing. Standard envelopes are included.

One design per pack

Each pack is for one complete design in the selected specification. Add different designs or versions as separate items. The print quantity means the number of greeting cards in one pack. Keep basket quantity at 1 for one pack; basket quantity 2 orders two identical packs using the same artwork.

Prepare your artwork

Use the approved template for your selected folded size and fold edge. Prepare the outside as the flat layout shown on that template and add the inside artwork only when your selected configuration includes inside printing.

Keep important text inside the safe area and clear of the crease. Follow the template’s bleed guidance, check front, back and inside orientation on the proof, and use CMYK artwork with embedded or outlined fonts.

If your multipage PDF exceeds the upload limit, or you need to send separate cover or artwork files, contact IPRINTOP before ordering so we can arrange how to receive them.

Choosing the right specification

Choose outside-only printing when you want a blank inside, or an available inside-printed configuration for your own message. Check the selected configuration for envelopes; printed envelopes, addressing, inserts and mailing require a separate quote.

Artwork help and proof approval

Artwork changes and new designs are quoted separately. Contact IPRINTOP to agree your artwork quote before placing your print order. Then choose Artwork Check / Minor Adjustment and upload your file, or choose Design Help Required and complete the brief. Enter your agreed artwork quote reference.

We will ask you to check and approve the final artwork before production starts. Check the layout, wording, size, printed sides, page order where relevant, dates, contact details and any QR-code destination. Printed colours can differ from a screen preview.

Delivery and timing

Standard delivery to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland is included in the displayed price. This listing does not offer delivery to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPO or destinations outside the UK.

Standard production usually takes four working days after final artwork approval, followed by delivery. We will confirm your estimated arrival date for the selected quantity and address. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays, and some delivery areas take longer. Contact IPRINTOP before ordering if you have a fixed event date.
