All configurations below use A4 sheets (210 × 297mm), uncoated paper and square-cut edges. Choose the paper weight and printed sides shown in the options.

One design per pack

Each pack is for one complete design in the selected specification. Add different designs or versions as separate items. The print quantity means the number of letterheads in one pack. Keep basket quantity at 1 for one pack; basket quantity 2 orders two identical packs using the same artwork.

Prepare your artwork

Use the template for your selected letterhead size and follow its bleed and safe-area guides. Supply one print-ready page for single-sided printing, or a clearly ordered front-and-back PDF for a double-sided configuration. Leave enough clear space for your correspondence.

Check names, addresses, phone numbers, website details and the information your business needs to display. Supply CMYK artwork with embedded or outlined fonts.

If you cannot upload your artwork, contact IPRINTOP before ordering so we can arrange another way to receive it.

Choosing the right specification

If you plan to overprint your letterheads, tell us your printer requirements before ordering so we can check the selected stock and production method.

Artwork help and proof approval

Artwork changes and new designs are quoted separately. Contact IPRINTOP to agree your artwork quote before placing your print order. Then choose Artwork Check / Minor Adjustment and upload your file, or choose Design Help Required and complete the brief. Enter your agreed artwork quote reference.

We will ask you to check and approve the final artwork before production starts. Check the layout, wording, size, printed sides, page order where relevant, dates, contact details and any QR-code destination. Printed colours can differ from a screen preview.

Delivery and timing

Standard delivery to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland is included in the displayed price. This listing does not offer delivery to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPO or destinations outside the UK.

Standard production usually takes four working days after final artwork approval, followed by delivery. We will confirm your estimated arrival date for the selected quantity and address. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays, and some delivery areas take longer. Contact IPRINTOP before ordering if you have a fixed event date.
