The online shapes below use 40gsm white polypropylene, full-colour printing on one side and rolls prepared for hand application. No added laminate film or embellishment is included.

One design per pack

Each pack is for one complete design in the selected specification. Add different designs or versions as separate items. The print quantity means the number of individual labels in one pack. Keep basket quantity at 1 for one pack; basket quantity 2 orders two identical packs using the same artwork.

Prepare your artwork

Prepare one label design at the selected finished size, using the matching shape and size template. Follow its bleed and safe-area guides. Use CMYK colour, images at 300dpi at final size, and embedded or outlined fonts.

Check product details and any other information your label needs before approving the artwork. Your proof confirms the design for production; you remain responsible for the content of the label.

Choosing the right specification

These polypropylene labels are intended for indoor use. The material resists occasional splashes, but it is not waterproof or designed for outdoor use.

The quantity counts individual labels, not rolls. The number of labels per roll and the number of rolls are determined by production.

For machine application, a particular roll core, winding direction or gap, request a quote before ordering. Tell us the application surface and storage conditions so we can check suitability.

These labels are for packaging surfaces and are not for direct food contact, dishwasher or microwave use. Seek advice for refrigeration, oils, heat or unusual surfaces.

Artwork help and proof approval

Artwork changes and new designs are quoted separately and are not included in the printing price. Contact IPRINTOP to agree your artwork quote before placing your print order. Then choose Artwork Check / Minor Adjustment and upload your file, or choose Design Help Required and complete the brief. Enter your agreed artwork quote reference.

We will ask you to check and approve the final artwork before production starts. Check the layout, wording, size, printed sides, page order where relevant, dates, contact details and any QR-code destination. Printed colours can differ from a screen preview.

Delivery and timing

Standard delivery to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland is included in the displayed price. This listing does not offer delivery to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPO or destinations outside the UK.

Standard production usually takes four working days after final artwork approval, followed by delivery. We will confirm your estimated arrival date for the selected quantity and delivery address. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays, and some areas take longer. Contact IPRINTOP before ordering if you need your print for a fixed date.
