One design per pack
Each pack is for one complete design in the selected specification. Add different designs or versions as separate items. The print quantity means the number of banners in one pack. Keep basket quantity at 1 for one pack; basket quantity 2 orders two identical packs using the same artwork.
Prepare your artwork
Contact IPRINTOP for the approved template for your selected size and finishing. Keep important content clear of hem and eyelet areas, and follow the template’s bleed and safe-area guides before exporting your final file.
Use a simple layout with text that can be read at the intended viewing distance. Supply high-quality artwork with embedded or outlined fonts. Prepare the file from the banner template.
If you cannot upload your artwork, contact IPRINTOP before ordering so we can arrange another way to receive it.
Choosing the right specification
Plan the available space, intended location and suitable fixing points before ordering. Fixings, accessories and installation are included only when expressly stated in your selected configuration or quote.
Artwork help and proof approval
Artwork changes and new designs are quoted separately. Contact IPRINTOP to agree your artwork quote before placing your print order. Then choose Artwork Check / Minor Adjustment and upload your file, or choose Design Help Required and complete the brief. Enter your agreed artwork quote reference.
We will ask you to check and approve the final artwork before production starts. Check the layout, wording, size, printed sides, page order where relevant, dates, contact details and any QR-code destination. Printed colours can differ from a screen preview.
Delivery and timing
Standard delivery to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland is included in the displayed price. This listing does not offer delivery to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPO or destinations outside the UK.
Standard production usually takes four working days after final artwork approval, followed by delivery. We will confirm your estimated arrival date for the selected quantity and address. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays, and some delivery areas take longer. Contact IPRINTOP before ordering if you have a fixed event date.
Need a custom banner size or finish?
Tell us the finished width and height, quantity, intended location and required finishing, such as hems or eyelets. We will check the specification and confirm a price before you order.
