The online configurations below use a 330gsm PVC graphic printed in full colour on one side. Complete units include the graphic fitted to the selected cassette, a support pole and a carry case. The premium configuration includes a padded case.

One design per pack

Each pack is for one complete design in the selected specification. Add different designs or versions as separate items. The print quantity means the number of complete roller banners in one pack. Keep basket quantity at 1 for one pack; basket quantity 2 orders two identical packs using the same artwork.

Prepare your artwork

Use the template for your selected banner width and base. Follow its finished dimensions, bleed and safe areas, including the area required by the cassette. Do not add extra height beyond the confirmed template.

Use a clear main message, readable text and high-quality graphics. Supply a PDF with embedded or outlined fonts and check the final proof at an appropriate viewing size.

These roller banners are for indoor use. The PVC graphic is not fire rated; check your venue’s material requirements before ordering.

Artwork help and proof approval

Artwork changes and new designs are quoted separately and are not included in the printing price. Contact IPRINTOP to agree your artwork quote before placing your print order. Then choose Artwork Check / Minor Adjustment and upload your file, or choose Design Help Required and complete the brief. Enter your agreed artwork quote reference.

We will ask you to check and approve the final artwork before production starts. Check the layout, wording, size, printed sides, page order where relevant, dates, contact details and any QR-code destination. Printed colours can differ from a screen preview.

Delivery and timing

Standard delivery to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland is included in the displayed price. This listing does not offer delivery to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPO or destinations outside the UK.

Standard production usually takes four working days after final artwork approval, followed by delivery. We will confirm your estimated arrival date for the selected quantity and delivery address. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays, and some areas take longer. Contact IPRINTOP before ordering if you need your print for a fixed date.
