Available online configurations

The online sizes below are portrait calendars on 250gsm silk, with 13 single-sided leaves, blank reverses and silver wire binding at the short top edge. The standard sequence is a cover and 12 monthly pages; the year comes from your artwork.

One design per pack

Each pack is for one complete design in the selected specification. Add different designs or versions as separate items. The print quantity means the number of calendars in one pack. Keep basket quantity at 1 for one pack; basket quantity 2 orders two identical packs using the same artwork.

Prepare your artwork

Supply one PDF containing the complete page sequence for your selected calendar configuration. For a 13-leaf calendar, supply the cover followed by the 12 monthly pages. Confirm the year and start month in your artwork, and check every date, weekday and holiday you include.

Use the template for your selected page size, orientation and binding edge. Follow its bleed and binding-clearance guides, and supply CMYK artwork with embedded or outlined fonts. We will confirm the page sequence on your proof.

If your multipage PDF exceeds the upload limit, or you need to send separate cover or artwork files, contact IPRINTOP before ordering so we can arrange how to receive them.

Choosing the right specification

Calendar dates and the year are part of your supplied or approved artwork. Date-layout design, an extra year-overview page or a different page arrangement must be agreed before ordering.

Artwork help and proof approval

Artwork changes and new designs are quoted separately. Contact IPRINTOP to agree your artwork quote before placing your print order. Then choose Artwork Check / Minor Adjustment and upload your file, or choose Design Help Required and complete the brief. Enter your agreed artwork quote reference.

We will ask you to check and approve the final artwork before production starts. Check the layout, wording, size, printed sides, page order where relevant, dates, contact details and any QR-code destination. Printed colours can differ from a screen preview.

Delivery and timing

Standard delivery to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland is included in the displayed price. This listing does not offer delivery to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPO or destinations outside the UK.

Standard production usually takes four working days after final artwork approval, followed by delivery. We will confirm your estimated arrival date for the selected quantity and address. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays, and some delivery areas take longer. Contact IPRINTOP before ordering if you have a fixed event date.
